The new Bill Processing System has launched

On April 27, 2020, the Department of Labor’s Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP) launched the new Workers’ Compensation Medical Bill Process (WCMBP). This system will be used to allow providers to bill for medical services rendered to claimants who have been approved for the four OWCP benefit programs. This website provides the resources and training you will need to use the secure system for all bill processing functions.

To receive payment for approved services, you must enroll in the new system. If you were enrolled in the previous system (prior to April 27, 2020), you will not have to re-enroll but you must register for online access to access all the features. Click here to get started.

Upon enrollment, you can also elect to be added to a Provider Database searched by millions of claimants seeking treatment.

We encourage providers to utilize any one of the resources below for assistance with issues/questions on authorizations, billing, and enrollment.
