All DEEOIC and DCMWC claimants recently received new Medical Benefit Identification Cards (MBIC) with updated pharmacy billing services information and a brochure with details of your benefits. Some claimants inadvertently received a letter stating you requested a “re-issue” of the card. Please disregard this letter.
