The Workers’ Compensation Medical Bill Processing (WCMBP) Call Center will have shortened hours on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, and Friday, December 26, 2025. The call center will be open from 8:00am - 3:00pm EST. Additionally, The Workers’ Compensation Medical Bill Processing (WCMBP) Call Center will be closed on Thursday, December 25, 2025, in observance of Christmas Day. Please use the self-service functions offered via the Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) or the WCMBP Web Portal.
