Viewing or Modifying Limit Codes

To view or modify limit codes:

1. From the Reference tab menu, click the Limit Codes hyperlink.

The system displays the Limit Codes page. This page shows the limit code, description, limit type, status, start and end dates, and effective date.

2. To modify facility type information, click the Limit Code hyperlink for the limit code you want to modify.

Also, you can search for limit codes by using a Filter By drop-down list option, entering the desired value or a wildcard search value (%) in the adjacent text box, and then clicking Go.

The system displays the Limit Details page with the filtered results.

3. Update any of the editable fields and click Save.

The system refreshes the page and changes the Status field to “In Review.”

4. Select Close to exit back to the Limit Codes page where the modified limit code now shows a status of “In Review.”
