Approving or Rejecting an Associated Program
To approve or reject a program associated with a limit code:

From the Reference tab menu, click the Limit Codes hyperlink.
The system shows the Limit Codes page.

If the limit code you want to view is not shown on the page, select a category from the Filter By drop-down, enter a search term or the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent text box, and click Go.
The system displays the Limit Codes page with filtered results.

Select the Limit Code hyperlink for the code you want to view.
The system shows the Limit Details page.

In the Associated Programs section, click the checkbox under the checkbox column for the program in “In Review” status you want to approve or reject.

Select Approve or Reject.
The system displays the Update Status dialog.

Select a Reason Code (optional).

Enter any necessary comments in the Remarks field and click the OK button.
The system exits back to the Limit Details page where the program shows the status of “Approved” or “Rejected” in the Associated Programs section.
