Viewing or Modifying Associated Groups

To view or modify groups associated with a limit code:

1. From the Reference tab menu, click the Limit Codes hyperlink.

The system shows the Limit Codes page.

2. If the limit code you want to view is not shown on the page, select a category from the Filter By drop-down, enter a search term or the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent text box, and click Go.

The system displays the Limit Codes page with filtered results.

3. Select the Limit Code hyperlink for the code you want to view.

The system shows the Limit Details page. The Associated Groups section provides a list that shows the associated group code, status, start and end dates, and effective date.

4. In the Associated Groups section, click the hyperlink under the Group Code column for the group you want to modify.

The system displays the Associate Group Detail page.

5. Update the editable fields as needed and click Save.

The system refreshes the page and changes the Status field to “In Review.”

6. Select Close to exit back to the Limit Details page where the modified group now shows a status of “In Review” in the Associated Groups section.
