Provider Associations
To view a claimant’s list of provider associations, from the claimant’s Demographic and Case Detail page, select the Show menu and select Provider Associations from the drop-down.
The Provider Associations page then displays with information about any health providers the claimant is restricted from using. The list shows the provider’s name, ID, phone number, association type, association subtype, status, start and end date, and comments.
You can view additional information about each provider by selecting the hyperlink in the Provider ID column, which navigates you to the Provider Details page in the Provider subsystem.
Select Close when you have finished to return to the Demographic and Case Detail page.
