Overview
The Claimant subsystem is a central repository for demographic information and Medicare program eligibility for the claimants in the WCMBP system. The WCMBP system is connected via electronic interface with the Department of Labor (DOL) Case Management systems, which maintain and supply the claimant records and determine claimant eligibility. The Claimant subsystem gives its users access to this claimant information in a way that controls what the user can view and edit. Some users will have view-only access to the information while others will be allowed to update certain fields of information in support of their job functions.
Access the Claimant subsystem from the Claimant tab that appears at the top of the WCMBP application.
