Update a Provider Association

To update a restricted health provider on the claimant’s provider association list, select a provider on the Provider Associations page and then select the Update button.

The Update Association Information dialog then displays. You can edit only the Start Date, End Date, and Comment fields on this dialog. Make any changes as needed and select OK to exit and return to the Provider Associations page where the updated information for the provider now appears in the association list with a status of “In Review.”
