Notes

Selecting the Notes button at the top of the page allows you to view existing notes for the claimant’s Demographic and Case Detail page or add a new note. The Notes List dialog then displays, showing the list of comments with each row listing the note ID, creator’s user ID, note description, and date of creation. To view details of one of the notes in the list, select the hyperlink in the Note ID column. The Notes Details dialog then displays the note.

If you want to add a note to the Notes List page, select the Add Note button. The Notes Details dialog opens in edit mode and allows you to add a new note to the list page by completing the Note Description and Remarks fields and selecting OK.
