Inactivate Claimant Indicator
To inactivate an indicator, first select the indicator from the Claim Indicator list and then select the Inactivate button above the Claimant Indicator section. The Update Status dialog then displays.
From the Reason Code drop-down, select a reason code for the inactivation (required), enter comments as needed in the Remark field, and select OK.
The system returns to the Demographic and Case Detail page where the indicator you inactivated no longer appears in the Claim Indicator list.
