Demographic and Case Detail Page

The Demographic and Case Detail page provides details about a claimant’s case and demographics. The page displays the following sections:

• Demographic and Case Detail – Contains the fundamental case information about the claimant including name, address, birth date, SSN, and program. Also included are the case status, adjudication details, district office identification, and payment arrangements.

• Claimant Indicator – Lists the indicators for the claimant. This section shows the indicator type, indicator value, indicator start and end dates, and comments. Buttons are provided for adding or updating an indicator, inactivating an indicator, and viewing the claimant’s indicator history.

• Reference Grouping – Lists the claimant’s reference groupings. This section shows the grouping code, grouping name, grouping start and end dates, and comments. Buttons are provided for adding or updating a reference grouping, inactivating a reference grouping, and viewing the claimant’s reference grouping history.
