Claimant ID Card

You can view the history of outbound DEEOIC and DCMVC claimant ID cards by selecting Claimant ID Card from the Claimant tab menu. The ID Card History page then displays.

• The filter fields on the page enable you to search the history list by
  • ID card type
  • Claimant ID
  • Card request date
  • Program
  • Status
  • Reason
• The view-only list shows
  • Recipient and mailing address
  • Number of ID cards sent
  • Card mailing date
  • Card type and status
  • Requester and submitter details
