Review Mass Adjustment Results
To review mass adjustment results:
- In the Bills tab, from the Mass Adjustment cascading menu, select Mass Adjustment Results.
The system displays the Mass Adjustment Job Status page.
- Use the Filter By search criteria to inquire about the results of a mass adjustment.
For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select Mass Action Type and enter Void in the adjacent text box, and then click Go.
- The system displays an updated Mass Adjustment Job Status page with bills that match the search criteria you entered.
