Error Text

To view an error code’s error text and resolution:

From the Reference tab menu, click the Suspect Duplicate hyperlink.

The system displays the Suspect Duplicate Criteria List page. This page shows columns for all the attributes of the criteria along with the error code that is generated by the criteria.

To view a specific criterion in the list, select a category from the Figure By drop-down, enter a search term with or without the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent search field, and click Go.

The system refreshes the Suspect Duplicate Criteria List page with filtered results.

To view the details of the error code, click the hyperlink under the Error Code column for the code you want to view.

The system displays the Error Code Details page.

From the Show menu, click Error Text.

The system displays the Resolution page. This page provides a view of the error and resolution text for the currently selected error code.

Select Close to exit back to the previous page.
