Disposition List

The Disposition List option of the Show menu provides the details of the disposition of the error code for the currently selected exact duplicate criteria.

To view the disposition details for an error code:

From the Reference tab menu, click the Exact Duplicate hyperlink.

The system displays the Exact Duplicate Criteria List page. This page shows columns for all the attributes of the criteria along with the error code that is generated by the criteria.

To view a specific criterion in the list, select a category from the Figure By drop-down, enter a search term with or without the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent search field, and click Go.

The system refreshes the Exact Duplicate Criteria List page with filtered results.

To view the details of the error code, click the hyperlink under the Error Code column for the code you want to view.

The system displays the Error Code Details page.

From the Show menu, click Disposition List.

The system displays the Error Dispositions list page. This page shows the disposition, disposition category, program, prior authorization (PA) override, claim type, start and end dates, and effective date for the currently selected error code.

Select the hyperlink in the Disposition column to view the full details of the disposition.

The system displays the Error Disposition Details dialog. This dialog shows the error code’s disposition, effective date, and start and end dates.

Select Next.

The system displays the Error Disposition Details – Programs dialog. This dialog shows the selected programs for the error code in the Selected list box.

Select Next.

The system displays the Error Disposition Details – PA Override dialog. This dialog shows the prior authorization override selection in the Selected list box.

Select Next.

The system displays the Error Disposition Details – Disposition Category dialog. This dialog shows the selected disposition categories in the Selected list box.

Select Next.

The system displays the Error Disposition Details – Claim Types dialog. This dialog shows the selected claim types in the Selected list box.

Select Next.

The system displays the Error Disposition Details – Summary dialog. This dialog shows a summary of the selections in all the previous dialog screens.

Select Finish to exit back to the Error Dispositions list page.
