Viewing Suspect Duplicate Criteria

To view the list of criteria for suspect duplicates:

From the Reference tab menu, click the Suspect Duplicate hyperlink.

The system displays the Suspect Duplicate Criteria List page. This page shows columns for all the attributes of the criteria along with the error code that is generated by the criteria.

Note: Based on the screen resolution of your computer, the entire page may not be available on one screen. To view the complete content on the list page, use the scroll bar that is located at the bottom of the page.

To view a specific criterion in the list, select a category from the Figure By drop-down, enter a search term with or without the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent search field, and click Go.

The system refreshes the Suspect Duplicate Criteria List page with filtered results.

To view the details of the error code, click the hyperlink under the Error Code column for the code you want to view.

The system displays the Error Code Details page.

When you have finished viewing this page, click Close to exit back to the Suspect Duplicate Criteria List page.
