Track Existing Application
Use this link to find an existing application in the System during the enrollment process.
To track an existing application:
- From the Provider tab, select the Track Application hyperlink.
The System displays the Track Existing Application page.
- Enter an Application Number. (Required)
- Enter an SSN/FEIN. (Required)
- Select the Submit button.
The System displays the Enrollment Application that matches the criteria that you searched.
