Application Task

Provider Enrollment Workers use this link to approve or deny Provider enrollment applications. The Application Task List serves as a queue for daily enrollment tasks. Upon logging into the System, a Provider Enrollment Worker would see a list of enrollments assigned to them for review and approval.

To navigate the Application Task List:

  1. From the Provider tab, select the Application Task hyperlink.

The System displays the Enrollment Application Task page.

  1. Select the New Task button.

  2. The System displays the Enrollment Applications List page

  3. From the Filter By drop-down menu, select a filter, enter a search term in the adjacent text box (a required field), and select Go.

For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select SSN/FEIN and enter a wildcard search value (that is, %) in the adjacent text box, and then select Go.

The System displays an updated Enrollment Application Task page with records that match the filter criteria you entered.
