Application List
This is a view only functionality to view detailed information submitted on with the Provider enrollment application. This page is only available to WCMBP business users.
To view the application list:

From the Provider tab, select the Application List hyperlink.
The System displays the Enrollment Application List page.

From the Filter By drop-down menu, select a filter, enter a search term in the adjacent text box (a required field), and select Go.
For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select SSN/FEIN and enter a wildcard search value (that is, %) in the adjacent text box, and then select Go.
The System displays an updated Enrollment Application List page with records that match the filter criteria you entered.

Select the Application Number hyperlink for the Application that you want to view.
The System displays the Enrollment Application page.
Note: From the Enrollment Application page, you can view all associated information for the Application, including the status of the Application Review Steps. You can view additional information from the Show drop-down menu.
