Show Menu

The Show menu is available on the Header Details and Service Line Detail pages to give you access to more detailed information related to the bill.

Use the Show menu to access specific information for the bill being viewed, including a bill’s provider details, notes, indicators, diagnosis codes, or recoveries.

The Show menu options vary according to the type of bill you are viewing, whether Professional or Institutional, and whether you are viewing a claim from the claim’s Header Details or the Service Line Detail page.

Important Note: If you use the Close or Cancel button to exit a page you accessed from the Show menu, you will return to the Inquire Claims page. To return to the previous Header Details or Service Line Detail page, select Bill Header Detail or Service Line Detail, respectively, from the Show menu.

To access the Show menu:

From the Inquire Claims page, find the bill you wish to view using the filter fields as described in

From the filtered results, click the hyperlink in the TCN column for the bill you want to view.

The system displays the Header Details page.

Note: Show menu options vary according to the bill type you are viewing and whether you are accessing the Show menu from a Header Detail page or a Service Line Detail page.

To view the Show menu on the Service Line Detail page, click the Show button and select Service Line Detail from the menu.
From either the Header Details or Service Line Detail page, click the Show button to displays the menu.
Select any of the listed options to display the associated information.
