TS Request Response – Service Line Only
Treatment Suites (TS) processing ensures that services submitted for payment are appropriate and authorized for the claimant’s accepted condition. The TS Auth Level Details page shows the authorization level and the treatment suite for the currently selected bill. This page also shows a breakout of the input submitted to the TS and the TS response.
To navigate to this page, select TS Request Reponse from the Show menu of the Service Line Details page of a Professional or Institutional bill.
When you are finished reviewing the details, click Cancel to return to the Inquire Bills page.
