Viewing and Modifying a Surgical Code
To view or modify a surgical code associated with a DRG code:

From the Reference tab menu, click the DRG List Code hyperlink.
The system shows the DRG Codes List page.

If the code you want to view is not shown on the page, select a category from the Filter By drop-down, enter a search term or the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent text box, and click Go.
The system displays the DRG Codes List page with filtered results.

Select the DRG Code hyperlink for the code you want to view.
The system shows the DRG Details page.

From the Show menu, select Associations.
The system displays the Associated Surgical Code List page. This page displays the associated surgical code with its program, claim type, description, status, start and end dates, effective date, and whether the diagnosis should be included or excluded in the association.

Select the hyperlink under the Surgical Code column for the code you want to modify.
The system displays the DRG to Surgical Code Association page. From this page you can modify the Include Exclude Flag, Start Date, and End Date fields.

Update the fields as needed and click Save.
The system saves the changes and refreshes the page.

Select Close to exit back to the Associated Surgical Code List page.
