Viewing and Modifying Procedure Pricing Factors
To view or modify procedure pricing factors for a revenue code:

From the Reference tab menu, select the Revenue List Code hyperlink.
The system displays the Revenue Codes page.

From the Filter By drop-down menu, select a filter, enter a search term in the adjacent text box (a required field), and click Go.
For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select Description and enter a full search term or partial search term with the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent text box, and click Go.
The system displays an updated Revenue Codes page with records that match the filter criteria you entered.

Select the hyperlink under the Revenue Code column for the code you want to view.
The system displays the Revenue Details page.

Select Associations from the Show menu.
The system displays the Revenue Associations page.

From the Filter By drop-down menu in the Procedure Pricing Factor section, select a filter, enter a search term in the adjacent text box, and click Go.
For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select Program, enter the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent text box, and click Go.
The system displays an updated Procedure Pricing Factor section with records that match the filter criteria you entered.

If you need to update a pricing factor, click the hyperlink under the Pricing Factor column for the code you want to modify.
The system shows the Procedure Pricing Factor Detail page. On this page you can change the Claim Type, Pricing Factor, Include Exclude Flag, and Start Date fields.

Change the editable fields as needed and click the Save button.
The system refreshes the Procedure Pricing Factor Detail page.

Select the Close button.
The system exits back to the Revenue Associations page where the modified pricing factor now shows its status as “In Review” in the Procedure Pricing Factor section.
