Viewing and Modifying Proc/Svc Code Associations
To view or modify Proc/Svc codes associated with a diagnosis code:

From the Reference tab menu, click the Diagnosis List Code hyperlink.
The system shows the Diagnosis Codes page.

If the code you want to view is not shown on the page, select a category from the Filter By drop-down, enter a search term or the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent text box, and click Go.
The system displays the Diagnosis Codes page with filtered results.

Select the Diagnosis Code hyperlink for the code you want to view.
The system shows the Diagnosis Details page.

From the Show menu, select Associations.
The system displays the Diagnosis to Proc/Svc Code Association List page. This page lists each Proc/Svc code with its program and claim type, and shows the Proc/Svc code description, status, start and end dates, effective date, and whether the Proc/Svc code is included or excluded in the association.

Select the hyperlink under the Proc/Svc Code column for the code you want to modify.
The system displays the Diagnosis to Procedure Association page. From this page you can modify the Include Exclude Flag, Start Date, and End Date fields.

Update the fields as needed and click Save.
The system saves the changes and refreshes the page.

Select Close to exit back to the Diagnosis to Proc/Svc Code Association List page.
