Viewing and Modifying Diagnosis Codes
To view or modify diagnosis codes:

From the Reference tab menu, click the Diagnosis List Code hyperlink.
The system shows the Diagnosis Codes page. This page displays the diagnosis code with its description, status, start and end dates, and effective date.

If the code you want to view is not shown on the page, select a category from the Filter By drop-down, enter a search term or the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent text box, and click Go.
The system displays the Diagnosis Codes page with filtered results.

To modify one of the diagnosis code fields, click the Diagnosis Code hyperlink for the code you want to modify.
The system shows the Diagnosis Details page. From this page, you can make changes to the diagnosis fields that appeared on the Diagnosis Codes page, and you can view, add, or modify the age range and indicators associated with the diagnosis code.

Under the Diagnosis Details section, update the editable fields as needed and click Save.
The system saves your changes and refreshes the Diagnosis Details page.

To return to the Diagnosis Codes page, click Close.
