Uploading an NDC-HCPCS Crosswalk File
The Upload NDC-HCPCS Crosswalk button on the National Drug Code List page enables you to upload the periodic NDC-HCPCS Crosswalk file into the WCMBP system. The crosswalk identifies which drugs identified by NDCs are assigned to which Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) billing codes. The crosswalk includes information on the NDC package size and the number of billable units.
To upload an NDC-HCPCS Crosswalk file, click the Upload NDC-HCPCS Crosswalk button on the National Drug code List page, and at the Attachment dialog, click the Browse button to locate and select the file from a local or network drive. Select OK to upload the file. When the file is finished uploading, a confirmation message appears at the top of the National Drug Code List page.
