Approving or Rejecting a Modified NDC Code
To approve or reject a modified NDC code:

From the Reference tab menu, click the NDC List Code hyperlink.
The system displays the National Drug Code List page.

If the code you want to approve or reject is not shown on the page, select a category from the Filter By drop-down, type “In Review” in the adjacent search field, and click Go.
The system displays the National Drug Code List page with NDC codes in “In Review” status.

Select the checkbox under the checkbox column for the NDC code you want to approve or reject.

Select Approve or Reject.
The system displays the Update Status dialog.

Select a Reason Code (optional).

Enter any necessary comments in the Remarks field and click the OK button.
The system exits back to the National Drug Code List page where the code now shows the status of “Approved” or “Rejected.”
