Approving or Rejecting a Domain

To approve or reject a domain in “In Review” status:

1. From the Reference tab menu, click the Groups hyperlink.

The system displays the Groups List page.

2. If the group you want to view is not shown on the page, select a category from the Filter By drop-down, enter a search term or the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent text box, and click Go.

3. Select the Group Code hyperlink for the group you want to view.

The system displays the Group Details page.

4. In the Associated Domains section, click the checkbox under the checkbox column for the domain you want to approve or reject.

5. Select the Approve or Reject button.

The system displays the Update Status dialog.

6. Select a Reason Code (optional).

7. Enter any necessary comments in the Remarks field and click the OK button.

The system exits back to the Group Details page where the domain now shows the status of “Approved” or “Rejected” in the Associated Domains section.
