Adding an Associated Program

To add a program to a group:

  1. From the Reference tab menu, click the Groups hyperlink.

The system shows the Groups List page.

  1. If the group you want to view is not shown on the page, select a category from the Filter By drop-down, enter a search term or the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent text box, and click Go.

The system displays the Groups List page with filtered results.

  1. Select the Group Code hyperlink for the code you want to view.

The system shows the Group Details page.

  1. Select the Add button above he Associated Programs section.

The system displays the Associate Program Codes dialog.

  1. Enter or select the Start Date.

  2. Enter or select the End Date.

  3. Select the programs from the Available Programs list box and move them to the Associated Programs list box using the right double-arrow button.

  4. Select OK.

The system exits the dialog back to the Group Details page where the added program(s) are now displayed in the Associated Programs section with the status of “In Review.”
