Adding a Locality Code

To add a locality code to the list:

  1. From the Reference tab menu, select the Locality Code List hyperlink.

The system displays the Locality Code page.

  1. Select Add.

The system displays the Add Locality Code dialog.

  1. Enter the locality code in the Locality Code field.

  2. Enter the locality name in the Locality Name field.

  3. Select the state code for the locality from the State Code drop-down.

  4. Select OK.

The system exits back to the Locality Code page where the new locality code has been added.
