Viewing Proc/Svc/Revenue Rates
To review and research a procedure or revenue code to determine its pricing factor, the user will access this area of the WCMBP System, and based on the look-up criteria, the user can identify how a specific code is pricing. For example, if the user wanted to research an office visit procedure codes pricing rate, by filtering the look-up with the specific office visit code, and reviewing the “Rate Type Category”, the user would know if the code is pricing based on Fee Schedule or pay-as-billed. This helps to determine if a bill line item priced correctly.
To view Proc/Svc/Revenue Rates:

In the Rate Settings tab, Select the Proc/Svc/Revenue Rates hyperlink.
The system displays the Manage Proc/Svc/Revenue Rates list page.

From the Filter By drop-down menu, select a filter, enter a search term in the adjacent text box (a required field), and select Go.
For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select Rate type and enter a wildcard search value (that is, %) in the adjacent text box, and then select Go.
The system displays an updated Manage Proc/Svc/Revenue list page with records that match the filter criteria you entered.
