Viewing or Modifying User Profile Details

To view or modify user profile details:

  1. In the Admin tab, select the Profile hyperlink.

The system displays the Manage Profiles page. The page lists the profile, profile description, start and end dates, and the creator of the profile.

  1. Use the Filter By search fields to find the profile whose details you want to view.

For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select Profile Name and enter a value (for example, % for a wildcard search) in the adjacent text box, and then select Go.

The system displays an updated Manage Profiles page with a list of records that match the search criteria you entered.

  1. To view details of a profile, click either the Name or the Description hyperlink for the profile you want to view or modify.

The system displays the Profile Details page.

  1. Review or modify the editable fields, as needed, and then click Save.

The system saves the new information.

  1. Select Close to return to the Manage Profiles page. The modification you made to the profile appears on the page.

  2. Select Close to return to the Manage Profiles page.
