Viewing or Modifying Associated Roles

To view or modify details of a profile’s associated roles:

  1. In the Admin tab, select the Profile hyperlink.

The system displays the Manage Profiles page. The page lists the profile, profile description, start and end dates, and the creator of the profile.

  1. Use the Filter By search fields to find the profile whose details you want to view.

For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select Profile Name and enter a value (for example, % for a wildcard search) in the adjacent text box, and then select Go.

The system displays an updated Manage Profiles page with a list of records that match the search criteria you entered.

  1. To view details of a profile, click either the Name or the Description hyperlink for the profile you want to view or modify.

The system displays the Profile Details page. The Associated Roles section of the page lists the roles associated with the currently selected profile and the role description.

  1. To modify the details of a role, click the hyperlink in the Role Name column for the role you want to modify.

The system displays the Role Details page.

  1. Update the editable fields as needed and click Save.

The system saves your changes.

  1. Select Close to return to the Profile Details page.

  2. Select Close at the Profile Details page to exit back to the Manage Profiles page.
