Effective April 25, 2026, DFEC and DEEOIC providers will receive an email notification whenever the status of an authorization request changes. Notification will be sent to the contact email address on file for the provider associated with the authorization request. Providers need to verify that their contact email address is current. If an update is needed, refer to the Updating Provider Information in the Provider Portal Quick Reference Guide.
