Viewing or Modifying Provider Types

To view or modify provider types:

1. From the Reference tab menu, click the Provider Type hyperlink.

The system displays the Provider Type List page. This page shows the provider type code, provider type name, status, and start and end dates.

2. To modify provider type information, click the Provider Type Code hyperlink for the provider type you want to modify.

Also, you can search for provider types by using a Filter By drop-down list option, entering the desired value or a wildcard search value (%) in the adjacent text box, and then clicking Go.

The system displays the Provider Type Details page.

3. Update any of the editable fields and click Save.

The system refreshes the page and changes the status field to “In Review.”

4. Select Close to exit back to the Provider Type List page where the modified provider type now shows a status of “In Review.”
