Viewing and Modifying Associate Max Units/Max Dollar Thresholds

To view or modify maximum unit or maximum dollar thresholds associated with a revenue code:

From the Reference tab menu, click the Revenue List Code hyperlink.

The system shows the Revenue Codes page.

If the code you want to view is not shown on the page, select a category from the Filter By drop-down, enter a search term or the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent text box, and click Go.

The system displays the Revenue Codes page with filtered results.

Select the Revenue Code hyperlink for the code you want to view.

The system shows the Revenue Details page.

From the Show menu, select Associations.

The system displays the Revenue Associations page. The Associated Max Units/Max Dollar Threshold section of the page displays the maximum units/ dollars threshold and the program and claim type to which the threshold applies, and identifies the modifier code, age range, status, and effective date.

From the Filter By drop-down menu in the Associated Max Units/Max Dollar Threshold section, select a filter, enter a search term in the adjacent text box, and click Go.

For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select Program, enter the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent text box, and click Go.

The system displays an updated Associated Max Units/Max Dollar Threshold section page with filtered results.

If you need to update a code, click the hyperlink under the Max Units/Max Dollar Threshold column for the threshold you want to modify.

The system shows the Revenue to Max Unit/Max Dollar Threshold Detail page.

Change the editable fields as needed and click the Save button.

The system refreshes the Revenue to Max Unit/Max Dollar Threshold Detail page.

Select the Close button.

The system exits back to the Revenue Associations page. The status of the modified maximum units/maximum dollar threshold is now displayed as “In Review.”
