Taxonomy Codes
Taxonomy codes categorize the type, classification, and/or specialization of health care providers. The Taxonomy Codes menu option enables you to view, add, and modify taxonomy codes, and approve or reject taxonomy codes in “In Review” status. From the taxonomy code pages, you can also view and manage the Proc/Svc codes, DRG codes, and revenue codes associated with a taxonomy code.
