Proc/Svc Summary
The Procedure Summary page is a static, view-only page that provides basic information about a procedure code.
The Associated Age Range section of this page provides basic information about the age range for which the procedure is applicable, including the type of program(s) and claim types for a particular age range.
The Associated Indicators section of this page provides basic information about the indicators that are associated with the selected procedure including the type of program(s) and claim types, as well as the indicator name, value, and status, and whether the listed service under the selected procedure is rendered depending on if the indicator value is included or excluded.
The Associated Facility Type Codes section of this page provides similar information as the Associated Indicators section except the information in this section is indicative of the facility where the procedure is performed, if any, and shows whether the listed facility is included or excluded for performing that procedure.
To view the Proc/Svc Summary page:

From the Reference tab menu, select the Proc/Svc List Code hyperlink.
The system displays the Proc/Svc Codes page.

From the Filter By drop-down menu, select a filter, enter a search term in the adjacent text box (a required field), and click Go.
For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select Description and enter a full search term or partial search term with the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent text box, and click Go.
The system displays an updated Proc/Svc Codes page with records that match the filter criteria you entered.

Select the hyperlink under the Proc/Svc Code column for the code you want to view.
The system displays the Proc/Svc Details page.

Select Proc/Svc Summary from the Show menu.
The system displays the Procedure Summary page.

After viewing the information, to return to the reference details page, click Close.
