Diagnosis Summary
The Diagnosis Summary page gives you a summary view of a diagnosis code’s details and associated age range, indicators, Proc/Svc codes, and DRG codes.
To navigate to the Diagnosis Summary page:

From the Reference tab menu, click the Diagnosis List Code hyperlink.
The system shows the Diagnosis Codes page.

If the code you want to view is not shown on the page, select a category from the Filter By drop-down, enter a search term or the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent text box, and click Go.
The system displays the Diagnosis Codes page with filtered results.

Select the Diagnosis Code hyperlink for the code you want to view.
The system shows the Diagnosis Details page.

From the Show menu, select Diagnosis Summary.
The system displays the Diagnosis Summary page.
