Associated Diagnosis Codes
The Associated Diagnosis option of the Show menu lists the diagnosis codes that apply to the currently selected Proc/Svc code. From the Associated Diagnosis List page, you can view, add, modify a diagnosis code, or approve or reject a diagnosis code that is in “In Review” status.
