Associate NDC
The Associated NDC List page provides view-only information about National Drug Codes associated with the current Proc/Svc code. To view an associated NDC code:

From the Reference tab menu, select the Proc/Svc List Code hyperlink.
The system displays the Proc/Svc Codes page.

From the Filter By drop-down menu, select a filter, enter a search term in the adjacent text box (a required field), and click Go.
For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select Description and enter a full search term or partial search term with the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent text box, and click Go.
The system displays an updated Proc/Svc Codes page with records that match the filter criteria you entered.

Select the hyperlink under the Proc/Svc Code column for the code you want to view.
The system displays the Proc/Svc Details page.

Select Associate NDC from the Show menu.
The system displays the Associate NDC List page. This page displays the claim type, and identifies the NDC code, NDC description, status, effective date, and whether the code is included or excluded in the association.
Note: The information in the Associate NDC List page populates only if the procedure code has associated NDC code information.

From the Filter By drop-down menu, select a filter, enter a search term in the adjacent text box (a required field), and click Go.
For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select Claim Type, enter the wildcard (%) in the adjacent text box, and click Go.
The system displays an updated Associated NDC List page with records that match the filter criteria you entered.

When you are finished viewing the details on this page, click the Close button.
The system exits back to the Proc/Svc Details page.

Select Close again to return to the Proc/Svc Codes page.
