Approving or Rejecting an Age Range

To approve or reject an age range:

  1. From the Reference tab menu, click the Revenue List Code hyperlink.

The system shows the Revenue Codes page.

  1. If the code you want to view is not shown on the page, select a category from the Filter By drop-down, enter a search term or the wildcard character (%) in the adjacent text box, and click Go.

The system displays the Revenue Codes page with filtered results.

  1. Select the Revenue Code hyperlink for the code you want to view.

The system shows the Revenue Details page.

  1. In the Associated Age Range section, click the checkbox under the checkbox column for the age range in “In Review” status you want to approve or reject.

  2. Select Approve or Reject.

The system displays the Update Status dialog.

  1. Select a Reason Code (optional).

  2. Enter any necessary comments in the Remarks field and click the OK button.

The system exits back to the Revenue Details page where the age range shows the status of “Approved” or “Rejected” in the Associated Age Range section.
