Viewing Upload File Status Error Codes

RVU Rate files uploaded into the WCMBP System occur as directed by the DOL due to changes, additions, and deletions of procedure and revenue codes as part of file maintenance. Within this area, once a file is uploaded, a status is assigned indicating if the upload is in process, completed, or resulted in an error.  It is the responsibility of a technical user to monitor this section of the WCMBP System for any uploaded file and to remove and replace error code files.

To view uploaded file error codes:

  1. In the Rate Settings tab, Select the File Status hyperlink.

The system displays the Upload File Status list page.

  1. From the Filter By drop-down menu, select a filter, enter a search term in the adjacent text box (a required field), and select Go.

For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select Batch File ID and enter a wildcard search value (that is, %) in the adjacent text box, and then select Go.

The system displays an updated Upload File Status list page with records that match the filter criteria you entered.

The Status Description column shows the status of the uploaded files.

  1. Select the Batch File ID hyperlink.

The system displays the Error Details page.

The Error Details page provides additional error code information should an error occur during the file upload process. The table below shows the possible error codes and the resolution should you receive those error codes.
