Viewing Modifier to Proc/Svc

1. In the Rate Settings tab, Select the Proc/Svc/Revenue Rates hyperlink.

   The system displays the Manage Proc/Svc/Revenue Rates list page.

2. From the Filter By drop-down menu, select a filter, enter a search term in the adjacent text box (a required field), and select Go.

   For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select Rate type and enter a wildcard search value (that is, %) in the adjacent text box, and then select Go.

   The system displays an updated Manage Proc/Svc/Revenue list page with records that match the filter criteria you entered.

3. Select the Proc/Svc/ Code Modifier hyperlink.

   The system displays the Modifier General page.

4. Select Associate Proc/Svc from the Show menu.

   The system displays the Modifier to Proc/Svc page.

5. From the Filter By drop-down menu, select a filter, enter a search term in the adjacent text box (a required field), and select Go.

   For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select Status and enter a wildcard search value (that is, %) in the adjacent text box, and then select Go.

   The system displays an updated Modifier to Proc/Svc page with records that match the filter criteria you entered.
