Viewing GSA Rates
This are is used to verify a GSA rate for such services as; Lodging, meals and incidentals, and air travel. The GSA rates are set at the state and county level. For example, the GSA lodging rate in Miami, Dade County may be higher than lodging rates in Tallahassee, Leon County. The user can also verify the status of a listed GSA rate.
To view GSA Rates:

In the Rate Settings tab, Select the GSA hyperlink.
The system displays the GSA Pricing Rates list page.

From the Filter By drop-down menu, select a filter, enter a search term in the adjacent text box (a required field), and select Go.
For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select M&IE Rates and enter a wildcard search value (that is, %) in the adjacent text box, and then select Go.
The system displays an updated GSA Pricing Rates list page with records that match the filter criteria you entered.
