Viewing/Uploading Attachments
Use this link to add any documentation which was missed during initial enrollment or to address expired documentation which requires updates.
To view or upload an attachment:
- From the Provider tab, select the Provider List hyperlink.
The System displays the Provider List page.
- From the Filter By drop-down menu, select a filter, enter a search term in the adjacent text box (a required field), and select Go.
For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select Mailing Address and enter a wildcard search value (that is, %) in the adjacent text box, and then select Go.
The System displays an updated Providers Review List page with records that match the filter criteria you entered.
- Select the OWCP ID hyperlink for the Provider that you need to view.
The System displays the Provider Details page.
- Select View/Upload Attachment from the Show menu.
The System displays the Attachment List page.
- Select the Upload Attachments button.
The System displays the Attachment page.
- Select a Document Type. (Required)
- Select the Chose File button.
The System displays the Windows® Open Dialogue window.
- Navigate to the path that contains the file you need to upload and select the Open button.
The System updates the File Name field.
- Select the OK button.
The System uploads the selected file displays the Attachment List page.
- Select the Close button.
- The System displays the Provider Details page.
