New Enrollment
Provider Enrollment Workers use this link to enroll a Provider in the WCMBP System. You can complete an application on behalf of a Provider. Upon selecting an enrollment type, the System displays the appropriate steps and information required to complete the application.
The WCMBP System supports the following enrollment types:
- Individual
- Group Practice (Hospitals)
- Facility/Agency/Organization/Institution
- Billing Agent/Clearinghouse
