Adding a New Task

Use this function to view a list of unassigned and “In Review” tasks, including the option to assign a specific task to yourselves. The “In Review” modification tasks are displayed based on the user’s work management setup.

To add a new maintenance request task:

  1. From the Provider tab, select the Maintenance Request Task hyperlink.

The System displays the Provider Maintenance Request Task List page.

  1. Select the New Task button that will allow the business operations user to pick up a new task to work on from the list of unassigned tasks.
