Adding Reference Grouping

To add a reference grouping:

  1. From the Provider tab, select the Provider List hyperlink.

The System displays the Provider List page.

  1. From the Filter By drop-down menu, select a filter, enter a search term in the adjacent text box (a required field), and select Go.

For example, from the Filter By drop-down list, select Mailing Address and enter a wildcard search value (that is, %) in the adjacent text box, and then select Go.

The System displays an updated Providers Review List page with records that match the filter criteria you entered.

  1. Select the OWCP ID hyperlink for the Provider that you need to view.

The System displays the Provider Details page.

  1. Select Reference Grouping from the Show menu.

The System displays the Reference Grouping List page.

  1. Select the Add button.

The System displays the Add Provider Group page.

  1. Select the black look-up arrow.

The System displays the Provider Reference Grouping page.

  1. Enter a search parameter in the field adjacent to Group Name Filter drop-down.

The System displays an updated Providers Reference Grouping page with records that match the filter criteria you entered.

  1. Select the appropriate Reference Group and select the OK button.

  2. The System saves the changes, displays the Add Provider Group page, and auto-populates the Group field.

  3. Enter or select the required information marked by an asterisk (*).

  4. Select the OK button.

The System displays the Payment Details page.
